- Games of Skill: All tournaments hosted on Tournyx are strictly 'Games of Skill'. The Tournyx app and website do not facilitate or support gambling, betting, or games of chance.
- Zero Tolerance for Cheating: The use of aimbots, wallhacks, third-party scripts, or exploit bugs will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
- No Toxic Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, or threatening other players in tournament lobbies will not be tolerated.
- Account Sharing: Players must use their own registered In-Game Name (IGN) and UID. Playing on someone else's account is strictly prohibited.
Participating in paid tournaments requires the purchase and use of digital Tournyx Passes / Tickets.
- All transactions made on the platform are for the purchase of digital Tournyx Tickets.
- Tournyx Tickets and digital balances are non-transferable between different user accounts.
- Redemption requests for Tournyx Points (PTS) are typically verified and processed within 24-48 hours.
- Tournyx reserves the right to withhold prizes if a player or clan is found guilty of violating Fair Play rules during a match.

- What we collect: Email addresses, In-Game Names (IGNs), encrypted passwords, and matchmaking history.
- How we use it: To verify your identity in tournaments, process ticket purchases, and secure your account on the Tournyx app and website.

In strict compliance with Indian regulatory guidelines regarding paid skill-based gaming, access to ticket-based tournaments is geographically restricted based on your local jurisdiction.
- Users residing in states where skill-based gaming with entry fees is restricted by local laws are strictly prohibited from participating in ticketed contests.
- Tournyx Esports reserves the right to suspend accounts, forfeit prizes, and block IP addresses if a user falsifies their location to bypass regional state laws.
To maintain fairness in prize pool generation, our transaction protocols regarding digital Tickets are strictly enforced:
- No Refunds on Entry: Once a user registers for a tournament and the Tournyx Ticket is successfully deducted, it cannot be refunded if the user fails to join the match or is disqualified.
- Tournament Cancellations: If a tournament is cancelled by Tournyx Esports due to technical issues, a 100% refund of the Tournyx Ticket will be automatically and immediately credited back to the player's inventory.
By creating an account on the Tournyx app and website, managed by Tournyx Esports (a registered MSME), you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age to participate in ticketed contests. Tournyx is an independent app and website and is not directly affiliated with Garena (Free Fire), Krafton (BGMI), or Riot Games (Valorant).
