Any funds added to the Tournyx Wallet are strictly to be used for tournament entry fees and are non-refundable. Funds cannot be withdrawn back to your bank account unless required by law or in the case of a severe technical error resulting in a double charge.
If a tournament is cancelled by Tournyx Esports or the organizer for any reason (e.g., server issues, lack of participants), 100% of the entry fee will be immediately refunded back to the user's Tournyx Wallet.
Once a user joins a tournament and the bracket/matchmaking has been generated, the entry fee is strictly non-refundable. If a user fails to attend the match or drops out, no refund will be provided.
If a user is found violating the game rules, using hacks, or engaging in toxic behavior, their account will be banned. Any entry fees paid for ongoing tournaments and remaining wallet balances will be forfeited and not refunded.
In the event of an approved refund (due to double-billing or technical failure), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
