All purchases of digital Tournyx Passes / Tickets are strictly to be used for tournament entry fees and are generally non-refundable.
- Digital passes cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred to your bank account unless specifically required by law.
- Exceptions are only made in the case of a severe technical error resulting in a double charge.
If a tournament is cancelled by Tournyx Esports or the organizer for any reason (e.g., server issues, lack of participants):
- 100% of the entry pass will be automatically and immediately refunded back to the user's Tournyx Inventory as digital Tournyx Passes or Points (PTS), depending on the original payment method used.
To maintain competitive integrity and fair brackets for all players:
- If a user securely leaves a tournament before the registration deadline, 100% of the entry pass will be safely refunded back to their inventory.
- Once the bracket/matchmaking has been generated or the match has started, the entry pass is strictly non-refundable.
- If a user fails to attend the match or drops out (No-Show) without withdrawing prior to the start, no refund will be provided.
Tournyx maintains a zero-tolerance policy for cheating.
- If a user is found violating the game rules, using hacks, or engaging in toxic behavior, their account will be permanently banned.
- Any entry passes paid for ongoing tournaments and remaining Tournyx Passes & Points (PTS) will be completely forfeited and not refunded.
In the event of an approved refund to an external account (strictly due to double-billing or verifiable payment gateway technical failures):
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
